Covid-19 - Keeping Everyone Safe

 

The team at Interserv is mindful of developments around the Covid-19 situation. Like most people and organisations, we too are concerned for your safety along with our own.

Vaccination and Protection Framework Requirements

Everyone at Interserv is fully vaccinated for your and our wellbeing. If you are visiting our premises, please follow the COVID-19 requirement details provided outside the building and note that scanning the QR code externally and a valid Vaccination Pass is required in the event that you need to enter the building.

Naturally, social distancing and a mask are required at all times. Interserv will regularly review and update our actions under whichever Traffic Light alert level Auckland is required to adhere to.

 

Level 4 Guidelines

In line with other non-essential business services, Interserv will be closed when Auckland is at Level 4 status.

We will be working remotely however, we will endeavour to fulfil orders that are related to supporting building and construction for essential services, critical infrastructure, or an immediate need to maintain human health and safety. Please factor in additional time for order processing.

Level 3 Guidelines

When Auckland is at Level 3, all orders must be placed by phone on 0800 828 914 or email sales@interserv.co.nz and if you are collecting your order you must remain outside our building in your vehicle and call us to advise you are here.

Please allow additional time for orders to be processed while we are at Level 3.

Anyone entering our building must scan the QR code on the exterior of the building and be registered in our Contact Tracing book along with observing appropriate social distancing rules and any other safety measures as advised.

Outside these hours we are still able to receive enquiries and orders by phone 0800 828 914 or email sales@interserv.co.nz.

 

Levels 1& 2 Guidelines for visiting our premises:

Anyone entering our building must scan the QR code on the exterior of the building and be registered in our Contact Tracing book along with observing appropriate social distancing rules and any other safety measures as advised.

Naturally, if you are feeling unwell and/or are displaying cold or flu symptoms please do not enter the building, instead of ring us from your office or vehicle on 0800 828 914 to discuss your requirements.

 

We are concerned for your safety and that of our own and are keeping informed of events as they come to hand. We will update our processes in line with Government and regulatory guidelines as appropriate.
